In negotations, she advocated very strongly to get me what I wanted even when I would have been uncertain about pushing for it myself, and everything worked out great. She got me termite protection when I thought it probably wasn't necessary, and lo and behold I needed a termite treatment and it was fully covered - she knows what she is doing. She did a great job and cares a lot about finding a home that you will be happy with, she isn't just trying make quick sales.
